These Terms apply to two groups:
Business Owners ("Merchants") — individuals or companies who register on StoreFlex to sell products.
Customers ("Buyers") — individuals who purchase products from Merchants through StoreFlex storefronts or the Telegram bot.
By using StoreFlex, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
When you register as a Merchant, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
StoreFlex offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise). Pricing is displayed on the pricing page. Plans are billed monthly. There is no free tier — all plans include a 14-day free trial.
After your trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the platform. Failure to pay will result in a grace period, after which your store will be suspended.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Nigerian law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
All payments are processed by Paystack. StoreFlex does not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service.
StoreFlex charges a 3% platform fee on all customer transactions. This is automatically deducted at the time of payment via Paystack's split payment system. Merchants receive 97% of each transaction directly to their linked bank account.
Paystack charges their own standard processing fees (currently 1.5% + ₦100 per transaction above ₦2,500, capped at ₦2,000). These are separate from and in addition to the StoreFlex platform fee.
Funds are settled to your linked bank account on the next business day after a successful payment (T+1), subject to Paystack's settlement schedule.
If a customer disputes a charge, we will cooperate with Paystack's dispute resolution process. StoreFlex is not liable for refunds arising from Merchant error, product quality disputes, or non-delivery.
The following are strictly prohibited on StoreFlex:
Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
As a Merchant, you are solely responsible for:
StoreFlex is a platform provider only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by Merchants.
When a customer purchases a product on StoreFlex, the contract of sale is between the customer and the Merchant — not StoreFlex.
If you have a complaint about a product or order, you should contact the Merchant directly. StoreFlex may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to do so.
Refund policies are set by individual Merchants. StoreFlex does not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law.
StoreFlex and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StoreFlex and are protected by intellectual property laws.
By uploading content (product images, descriptions, logos) to StoreFlex, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, StoreFlex shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Your use of StoreFlex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered Merchants via their registered email address or Telegram. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
